The AI Buildout Isn’t Over: Bullish Cases for Nebius and Ouster

Hello everyone! Today i want to share some trading ideas with you!

1

The more definite winners will be:

1. Those who have a diversified portfolio across US, EMEA & APAC

2. Those who have secured capacity capacity.

3. Those who have permits approved

$NEBIUS(NBIS)$ answers all three.

2

Another extremely bullish $Ouster Inc.(OUST)$ call:

I'm now forecasting ~$345M in revenue in FY27 and then 40% CAGR from there to 2030.

That'll give us $950M in revenue in 2030.

At 30% EBITDA margins we have $285M in EBITDA.

At a 25x EBITDA multiple that'd give us a $7.2B EV.

Equity value would be ~$7.6B.

At ~5% dilution, we'll end up with a bull case target ~$85.

Can we all agree that the "AI buildout" is not over and the stock market is not going to crash?

X is a bubble and people just write illogical nonsense for impressions.

Both parties know that AI is a national security priority and the race with China won't be halted for an election.

Here's what happened previously under Democrats:

-> The CHIPS and Science Act passed in 2022 with votes from both parties putting $52 billion into building chip factories in America.

-> The $SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust(SPY)$ gained 55% over four years despite a 2022 bear market.

-> $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ rose roughly 10x from late 2022 to the time Biden left the office.

This isn't to say there won't be friction, especially in Texas. We'll see headwinds and perhaps delays to buildouts in 2028 onwards but that's a headwind and not a collapse.

    For
    NVIDIA (NVDA)
    watchlist
, the latest analyst consensus target is $323.83 per share, based on 56 analysts. Compared with the $200 market price you specified, that is 61.91% above the current price.

    Analyst target range Versus $200
    Low: $180 10% below
    Mean: $323.83 61.91% above
    High: $515 157.5% above
The rating mix is strongly positive: among 64 analysts, 95.32% are rated Buy or Strong Buy, while 3.13% are Hold and 1.56% are Sell.

This signals a bullish consensus, but the wide $180–$515 range also shows substantial disagreement over NVIDIA’s earnings trajectory and valuation. The core variables to monitor are AI-chip demand and margins; a material slowdown in data-center spending or more intense competition could reduce the upside implied by current targets.

Yes — $185.55 remains intact as a secondary support, but it has not been tested today. **
    NVIDIA (NVDA)
    watchlist
at $200.13 is still ** $14.58, or 7.86%, above that level as of the November 5 pre-market snapshot.

More immediately, the stock is trading around a nearer support zone:

$199.21: lower Bollinger Band as of 2026-11-04. Pre-market pricing near $199–$200 means this is the first level being tested.
$185.55–$188.73: stronger support band. The daily support readings were $186.60 on Nov. 2, $188.73 on Nov. 3, and $185.55 on Nov. 4, suggesting repeated technical demand in this area rather than a single precise price.
$216.12: 20-day moving average; $221.23: 30-day moving average. Both sit well above the current price, so the short-term trend remains weak despite the distance to $185.55.
The bearish backdrop is meaningful: NVDA is down 7.08% over five sessions and 15.72% over 20 sessions; its MACD remains negative, while RSI(6) was 28.08 on Nov. 4, indicating short-term oversold
