Earlier, $GANFENGLITHIUM(01772)$ announced that the related joint venture company Xinyu Ganfeng Mining acquired a 100% interest in the Songshugang Tantalum and Niobium Mine Project held by Zhongcheng Deji in Hengfeng County, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, which is expected to further increase Group resource reserves.

As a leading enterprise in the lithium industry, the Group has the advantages of lithium ore resources and is gradually developing the lithium battery business.

A few days ago, the group has planned to form a supply capacity of not less than 300,000 tons of lithium carbonate equivalent by 2025 to meet the vigorous development of the lithium market. With the increasing demand for new energy vehicles and the continuous improvement of the industry's prosperity, the demand for power batteries located in the upstream of the industry chain is strong. It is believed that the shortage of lithium salts will continue in 2022. The group is expected to reap industry dividends by virtue of its global lithium resource advantages and industrial chain synergy advantages, and further increase its profitability. The prospects are worth looking forward to, and the medium and long-term investment value can be optimistic.
