Thank you my tiger friends who always help n alert me for any news. @LMSunshinetag me when she posted Alibaba possible to delist from US market, she also asked me why iam very concerned of PB? on friday i was about to buy but i saw the PB, because my target Alibaba is PB ratio 1, i was worry it continue to dip if demand drop, then weekend she posted news on Baba. @Venus_MAlways tag me for any events in Tiger apps n help when i face problem, i know she helps many others too. @HelenJanetalso responded fast if see any problem i posted online. Wonderful friendship... they dont get coins for that. Today thanks to all tiger friends many will chat or comments on my post too@MHh @DiAngel @Soyabean89 @Bontathanks.

This morning searching for what SG stock still dip, found this $KEPPEL REIT(K71U.SI)$will give dividend soon ex date 2/8 $0.0297 so tomorrow price will drop after ex date, added to my watch list. Total dividend 2021 $0.0507, total dividend 2022 $0.0585 fyi. So ifyou buy tomorrow the next dividend should be 2023.

Invest wisely, today i queue $KEPPEL-KBS US REIT(CMOU.SI)$the other day did not managed to get in. [Happy]
