$FRENCKEN GROUP LIMITED(E28.SI)$ $IREIT GLOBAL(UD1U.SI)$ $STARHILL GLOBAL REIT(P40U.SI)$ recently added because these are cheaper right now, actually many said REITS not a buy during high interest rate, i bought because the PB 0.60 and many REITS loss above 20% these two down less than 20% YTD. I added only small QTY, i will wait for dividend, my dividend Machine.
While Frencken for capital appreciation, it isdown by 50% during its glory 1 yr ago, sinceit gives dividend too, i will keep this and see if it will increase in future ?
I select my addition carefully because i do not want to loss my capital, my hard earn money. I tried other platforms but only in $Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$ i can keep my capital safe so far. Other platform loss loss 🥹
I learned from here, from the event n tiger friends sharing and i will continue find good companies with big discounts during this bear market 📉
My suggestion do not buy all in, since tiger charge lower fee, so we can diversify.
