Technical observations of the S&P500 1D chart:
The stochastic indicator looks to bottom soon and thus, we can expect the market to reverse its current downtrend soon.
The MACD indicator points to a downtrend.
Moving Averages (MA). The MA50 line implies a downtrend in the mid-term. The MA200 line implies a downtrend in the long term. With the last candle under MA50 and above MA200 lines, this can be interpreted as the market seeing a downtrend in the mid-term and bullish for the long-term. However, there is a chance for the candle falling below both lines in the coming days - implying a downtrend in both the mid and long-term.
Exponential Moving Averages (EMA). The lines have converged which implies a reversal from its recent uptrend. The new trend should be a downtrend.
From the above data, we can expect the downtrend to continue in the coming days though it is possible for some reversal.
