Starting from December 1, 2024, Singapore will implement a comprehensive set of guidelines for flexible work arrangements, which includes the option for employees to work four days a week. The standard working hours in the UK are 5 days * 8 hours, but according to the International Labour Organization, the actual average weekly working hours in the UK are only 36 hours.
