Stock Trading MBTI: Are You "P or J"?

The MBTI test has been incredibly popular in recent years. Instead of asking about zodiac sign, people now ask about your MBTI type. One of the most well-known concepts is E and I, representing Extrovert and Introvert, respectively. Another concept is P and J. P stands for Prospecting, and J represents Judging. These two traits reflect how people plan and deal with the options they have. ----------------- In stock trading, are you "P or J" type? What kind of trading style do you have?

🌟🌟🌟When it comes to investing, I radiate ENFP energy.  I live it through every trade, every story, every bold move that blends intuition with meaning. ENFP stands for Extraverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Perceiving. ENFP  is described as the "Campaigner" known for being creative, enthusiastic and empathetic individuals who are energised by social interaction & focused on new possibilities and deep connections. When I invest, I am drawn to the next big thing - AI, EVs, Crypto not because it is trendy but because it feels like the future.  I sense the momentum before others see it. When I believe in a company, I go all in, not recklessly but with emotional clarity. I don't just crunch numbers, I love to tell stories.  I weave reinvention, resilience & legacy into my

I’m an INTJ, so my investing style is definitely research-driven. I enjoy digging into earnings reports, analyst calls & long-term industry trends. It’s less about chasing hype & more about building conviction through data. I want to know the business model inside out before I put money into it. That said, being “N” (Intuitive) also means I’m always scanning for the next big disruption, whether that’s AI, clean energy, or fintech. I like connecting the dots early & positioning before the mainstream narrative catches up. It’s not about following the crowd, but about identifying patterns & preparing for what’s coming years ahead. And as a “J” (Judging), I’m pretty disciplined with risk management. I plan my entries, exits & I’m not afraid to sit on the sidelines if a tra
I'm an ISTF investor, a paradox of data and intuition. As a true Introvert, I trust my own research more than any public forum, spending quiet hours building my long-term thesis. I am a Sensing type, grounded in clear fundamentals. For stable companies like OCBC, SMFG, and TSMC, my Thinking side is analytical and decisive. I rely on balance sheets, dividend payouts, and an Excel model to make planned, methodical investments. But there is another side to my portfolio. With companies like Nvidia, my Feeling side takes over. I become a momentum trader, following the vibe and energy of the market. I study the charts and social sentiment, feeling when a breakout is about to happen. While my head tells me to be cautious, my gut tells me when to act. It's a blend of logic and instinct, defining
I’m a Feeling person …. Same as making friends u know instantly of the vibe is right . Similarly for stock I have a natural inclination toward momentum strategies and is guided by market psychology, technical patterns, and collective sentiment. When upward movements emerge I tend to position myselff early. Financial markets are often driven by perception, and even strong fundamentals can still face declines as u can see in the market everyday . Even low quality stocks csn fly to the moon

I am a PIST [Happy][Smile][LOL][Chuckle]. When I think the stock price is right, I just conquer. I don’t want to be penny wise, pound foolish. Just to save that $50 or $100, I queue at an impossible price. Market depth will give me an idea if my additional $50 - $100 is well spend on it. Anyway, the additional $50-$100 can either be covered by the dividend or from the uptrend of the stock. @MHh @Universe宇宙 @melson @Wayneqq @rL

Combine TF (Thinking & Feeling) because ENT needs TF to shield against the germs and risks in the market!😷 Thanks for tag @SPACE ROCKET
E/I N T/F J for me [LOL] I talk to people to get a sense and also dive deep alone into the numbers. I love spotting the next big thing and I do analyse and based decisions on facts. Also although feel the momentum, I do plan and judge a little bit more. Anyone like me? [LOL]
I realised I'm under NTF (not NFT) [LOL] [LOL]. In before spike but existed before the real run begins [Facepalm]. After all these years of investing, the biggest lesson? Just PATIENCE, PATIENCE & moRE HOLDING-Power patient!!!! [Allin] [Allin] [Allin]

This is closer to me [Chuckle] -> INTJP [Surprised], as long as there's monthly allowance created, it's a good starting ground [Salute] [USD], & slowly build it up 😀 @JC888 @Barcode @Jes86188 @koolgal @Shyon @Shernice軒嬣 2000
I'm IT! Doing my own stuff and tuning out the noise and chatter from the community. Positioning and accumulating SREITs before news and fund houses start to trumpet their return to the fore with lowering interest rates.
I’m an INTJ— it’s about research, spotting the next wave, getting it right and hopefully earlier than others and always taking profit when the trade no longer serves you or when the goal is met! ♥️
INTP.  I am an oracle who can predict the future. I predicted the rise of mp3 player, China, EV, tesla, crypto currency,  and AI.  constantly thinking about the future, its so obvious to me.
I love Pan Island Expressway PIE (first expressway in Singapore), but like to eat pies therefore PIES. Perceiving come first🌺
