Nio has announced partnership with CNOOC in June to build more charging stations infrastructure. It has also announced am investment by Abu Dhabi's investment arm to invest USD 1 billion in Nio.
XPeng has announced a partnership with Volkswagen of USD 700 million to build 2 EVs in China. XPeng had also announced a partnership with DiDi to acquire the smart EV assets of DiDi for USD 744 million just last week.
So both Nio and XPeng have great partnerships which will be beneficial to future growth and revenue of the companies.
Nio versus XPeng - Which is a Better Buy? Personally I believe that it is a tough call. But if I look at the financials, I believe that XPeng has the slight edge.
Nonetheless I believe that these 2 EV companies will continue to grow exponentially in the long term. China is after all the largest EV market in the world and both Nio and XPeng will continue to thrive in the future.

It's a tech company. As such, you should take note of its technology advantages in auto driving and battery ranges and charging time. These are all critical factors in turning ICE users to EVs and XPEV leads in these categories.
Really excited for Nio to take off this month! Lots of great things brewing! The EC6 looks really nice. I think it will sell well.
The real question is this: How will NIO reduce their expenditures and cut operating costs to attain profitability?
