How it works: You buy a Call eg. USD 180 and sell a further out Call eg USD 200.
Why it is better: Selling the USD 200 call helps you to pay for the one you bought. It lowers your cost and reduces the "time decay" penalty.
You still profit if Nvidia goes up but your risk is capped.
