One of the world highest paid CEO will be Elon Musk, until people starts to question his superb compensation package and until investors need to vote for or against it. The CEOs should not be over pay or under pay. It should be based on how much they contributed to the success of the company in terms of leadership, vision and strategic development.  We should not forget the lowly workers who are the one who carry out  your strategic plan. [Happy][Happy] CEOs of big listed companies always received big bonus in the form of options. The argument for paying a CEO with stock options is that it incentivizes the CEO to increase value for shareholders. If the CEO drives up the underlying stock price, the options award will be worth more. The problem is that a CEO may take excessive risks to drive up the share price like TSLA’s case. Elon Musk has been receiving stock options as his apy package and he knows how to profit from it.

What kind of society are we if we break promises to each other.  Elon doesnt need the cash. He has lots of it already.
