I actually find it amazing to see the news about how various asian countries have their currency strengthening, despite the chaos, specifically the Ringgit and the Baht. And news of various countries adjusting their expected growth upwards might hint at the adaptability of everyone In reflection, it is depressing to know that we have lost USA as a true world leader for better or for worse...

Why I Use Covered Calls Instead of Chasing Price On 22 December, my focus is not on predicting whether NVDA will explode higher or suddenly crash lower. My focus is on consistent, repeatable income while still participating in upside. That is why I use a covered call strategy, which requires me to already own the underlying stock. This is important to state upfront: A covered call can only be done if I own the stock. I am not speculating with naked options. I am not over-leveraging. $Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$ every year around this time the market thins, trades are lower and usually no unusual activity, the lights in Orchard Road (Singapore) light up and are there for a month, people do their visits and less market activity, it's the same every year so a good time to have a hard look at you portfolio and rebalance.

Merry Christmas. Every year is the same at this time of the year with markets thinning, the lighting in Orchard Road and carol singing and feels so familiar and lets you get into a sense of familiarity maybe?

This Christmas will be just a simple dinner with friends :)

K-culture looks flashy on the surface: K-pop performances, perfectly choreographed stages, polished visuals. But once you are there, you realise the real story is discipline, repetition, and respect for process. No idol debuts overnight. Years of training happen quietly before the spotlight ever turns on. That felt painfully familiar as a trader. In markets, we celebrate the breakout days and the winning trades. Christmas is a family affair as we head to church in the morning. Then we head to my mother's house.  This is where the real work begins - eating the glorious spread she prepares!  It is a hilarious, loud and loving gathering of aunts, uncles and cousins.
