I still remember the day I invested in what I thought was a sure-win US $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ stock. I was convinced it would skyrocket, making me a fortune. But fate had other plans. Yes, I have sold stock a few times at breakeven. Usually because my assumptions were wrong $Altria(MO)$ Was a good example. In the first half of the year, I didn't experience explosive growth as I did not hold stocks for long. However, I achieved steady and consistent progress building up my portfolio through options trading. I'm not the best; still learning, but am thankful and appreciative for what I have achieved thus far. 🙌🙌 In the first half of 2024, my PnL ratio was 38.77% and I earned about USD $40, 260. From 2023 till now, my overall PnL ratio stands at 328.94%. Haha I hope that my PnL ratio goes above 1000% one day! 😂😂 Hopefully I get to win more stock vouchers!! TOPAll is roses when you don’t have an issue. But there is problem arising from a trade , the customer service staff and higher management takes forever to engaged and respond timely. Personal experience here . To be honest , past experience was good until this time, when a trade believed to be a system glitch caused me to not be able to cash in on a profit and lost money, management just push me off saying terms and condition say they have the rights to close the trade or allow it to expires. No follow up promptly

No. because if I hold the stock until it breaks even, means I intend to hold it for long term. usually I will cut loss and reinvest. that's means harder for me to hold when it drops 50%. with 50% gains, it's easier to hold. now this is not a hard and fast rule for me, but more often than not, kind of thing. for wheel, use it on a fundamentally good stock that is cyclical.
