If you were Altman, return to OpenAI or join MSFT?
After the drastic and unexpected ouster, OpenAI’s investors and employees are calling for the back of their CEO.
Back to OpenAI?
More than 730 employees of OpenAI have signed a letter saying they may quit and join Sam Altman at Microsoft unless the board resigns and reappoints Sam Altman.
Join Microsoft?
When asked if Sam Altman and OpenAI’s staffers would join Microsoft, Nadella said
that is for the OpenAI board and management and employees to choose.
I’m open to both options.
If the board can’t meet Sam Altman’s need, $Microsoft(MSFT)$ might become the biggest winner of this mess and will acquire OpenAI with a cheap price.

🌟🌟🌟In life there is a saying, "When One Door Closes, Another One Opens". Sam Altman faced his ouster as CEO by the OpenAI's Board very bravely.
Yet his misfortune turned into good fortune when Open Ai's biggest investor, Microsoft wanted him to head the new advanced AI division in Microsoft. His loyal staff - 950 of them signed a petition wanting to quit and join him in Microsoft.
The latest news is that he is heading back to rejoin Open AI as CEO once again. He is now in a stronger position than when he left. The best part is there will be a new Board of Directors to replace the old one who ousted him.
So it goes it show that when things are bad, there are better things to come. Sam Altman is very much respected and highly wanted by Microsoft no matter where he goes. The Race for AI is very much in the forefront and Sam Altman is the key person who is responsible for Open Ai's leading position with its Generative chatbot, ChatGPT.
I am happy that Sam Altman will be back in charge of OpenAI and his loyal employees and investors like Microsoft will be doubly happy too.

If you traced through the History on OpenAI's Board of Directors, they are not the best of bred people to have.
Lack of experience, of business acumen and definitely lacking in management skills.
Which company's Bod would choose to sow discord and put a company in jeopardy?
As of Sunday, co-founder was rumoured to have held a meeting with the BoDs.
Unfortunately nothing constructive came out of the meeting as would be expected.
Honestly why would someone as talented as Sam would wanna go back to Openai, as long as the current BoDs continue to stick around.
It is obvious that they do not share the same vision and believe system as Sam.
Going back & yet not fixing the crux of the orig issue the board had with Sam, serves only to kick the can further down the road.
Instead of prolonging the agony, Sam should just start afresh in a new establishment and continue with his team.
OpenAI BoDs could continue to preside over an empty shell company. LOL

据介绍,OpenAI的770名员工当中,超过500人签署这封信函,其中包括OpenAI首席科学家伊尔亚·苏茨克维(Ilya Sutskever)
这是已经找到下家了啊,为什么🧐还要考虑回去吗?
