🌟🌟🌟The most important lesson that Covid 19 has taught me is that Health Is Wealth.  Without Good Health it is impossible to enjoy the fruits of my success.

Covid 19 has also taught me the importance of having a good balance in life.  Spending time with loved ones is just as important as creating wealth.

So while I strive to work hard to creating wealth, I also believe in helping others who are less fortunate than me.  This is my North Star and I believe that I am that much richer than before Covid.  Wealth to me encompasses not only monetary assets but Friendship and Kindness which are things that money can't buy.

Am I richer now than before Covid?  That's a YES!  Simply because money is no more the main driving force in my life.  I embrace fully the opportunities that life offers me and the inevitable setbacks with may come with an attitude that I can overcome any difficulties no matter how tough they are.  Simply because I am grateful to be surrounded by family and friends and the blessings I have received.

How fortunate I am to be alive and well!

Richer and Wiser than before COVID I am now. I used to wine and dine very frequently with friends. We also travelled to all kinds of places around the world like jet-setters. Covid put a stop to all that and i managed to save quite a tidy sum of money. I opened an investment account at Tiger app and the rest is history! Bought DBS shares at SGD20 in year 2020 and watched it rose to SGD37 in Feb 2022. The morale here is to invest wisely. Use the returns to beat the inflation, increase in cost of living and the goods and services tax. Good luck & keep healthy & happy!

But the United States is home to by far the largest contingent of dollar millionaires: 22.7 million in 2022, representing 6.7 percent of the country's population.

Personally, I remain almost the same in the financial status if comparing the before and after Covid pandemic. Yes, I did accumulated wealth during the bull market in 2021 but then the diamond hand causes me to give back most of my gain and even become some losses. Hopefully the situation improves and will have a blast next year. Gogoogo and good luck to all investors ya @GoodLife99 @Aqa @b1uesky @icycrystal @Universe宇宙 @rL @koolgal

Cashwise richer... Net value and quality of life? Poorer...
Started putting aside a bit more cash a month than I used to before covid, so in terms of liquid cash, richer
In terms of net value and quality of life, definitely poorer.
All my investments can't go back to where they were before covid with huge paper losses.
Salary stayed same, lucky enough to keep my job, no year end bonuses but yet have to put up with rising costs of practically everything. From food, to transport, to utilities, even all the way to GST going up twice in a row from 7% to 9% soon. GST increases by 2% in such a short time, but I don't even see a 0.000001% increase in my salary. It feels exactly like getting a pay cut right after another pay cut. From going karaoke to drinking with friends, high tea followed by buffet lunch before covid.
To totally no more entertainment, white bread (not wholemeal) for breakfast and economic rice for lunch.
Quality of life ain't any better too.

Recent investments after covid are mostly in the red as well
Only Nvidia helped me earned more than 100% in capital appreciation, which I had long sold
Being a huge REIT investor, it just doesn't help make things any better in such a high interest rate environment

Definitely richer than before Covid in 2019! Being able to capitalise on stocks like $Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$ and $Microsoft(MSFT)$ in 2022 and early 2023 when they were unloved helped me to start realising the importance of investor psychology, which is to be greedy when others are fearful.

richer in knowledge & wisdom, poorer in material. missed 2021's bull run as just joined $Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$ early 2023. having said that, it's still not too late as we are reaping the AI rally. better late than never

I think i have become richer than before Covid. Thanks to stocks acquired during Covid time. Salary has increased. Despite cut in individual performance bonus and company profit sharing, I need to donate more to charity to bring down my taxable income. Best to help those charity organisations than let IRAS “eats” up my money. Moreover, inflation has hit the homes hard as donation have lessen.

    Richer than before Covid!! [Cool]
Cheers to all investors! Let's jiayou together ya!! [Cool]

The trick is to remain cool at times. Don't join in the bandwagon of selling and making a loss when the day is already so red. Keep calm guys!!! Know when to take profits, know when to diamond hands, know when to buy in and DCA, know when to trade options to boost your earnings. Stay cool and awesome guys! [Cool]
