When the AI bubble pops, what are you buying?

The AI hype seems to be relentless, supporting the rise of the overall market and related sectors.

Investors can't help but worry that the AI bubble will burst like the dot.com bubble did in 2000.

If the AI bubble pops, are there any safe-haven sectors or new growth points to invest in?

Gold, Silver?

Bitcoin?

Weight-loss drugs?

When the AI bubble pops, that will be a great time to enter! Precisely at that point, valuation would be reasonable. There is no denying that definitely AI is a thing of the future. The potential is vast and every single industry can use it and must use it to remain relevant or for work to be efficient. Healthcare is one of the later industries to enter but the potential is vast! This is because almost everyone will consume healthcare at some point in their lives. Only thing is how extensive the consumption and for how long. Demand is usually inelastic and AI may also change not just the quality of healthcare, but also the experience. I usually avoid buying individual stocks as I have limited time to study them. So, i prefer ETFs such as $VanEck Semiconductor ETF(SMH)$. Almost a buy and forget…[Sly]

AI bubble? A hot topic in discussion recently. Investors fretting over a potential bursting of the tech bubble can calm down, as the AI Giant especially the Magnificent Seven look pretty inexpensive relative to the rest of the stock market.

Magnificent Seven achieved a remarkable earnings outperformance in 2023, with their net income growth surging 27%. That's a stark contrast with the 4% net income loss of the remaining S&P 500 companies.

As the sun rises on a new digital era, long shadows are being cast across a landscape dominated by giants – few more towering than Nvidia, whose market capitalisation has exceeded the entire Chinese stock market, as represented by H shares. This moment, emblematic of the burgeoning AI revolution, prompts us to ask: are we witnessing the inflation of a bubble, or the foundation of a transformative cycle?

Personally, I will choose to lock partial profit for the AI related stocks while letting the remaining to continue to soar as high as possible until they hit my cut loss target. For the profit that I generate after selling the AI stocks, I will consider to linvest them in several fields like crypto due to recent spike to new high, some in gold as gold is breaking historical high too and the last portion will contribute to weight lossing drugs related companies. These are the sectors where the market funds are focus on right now, meaning easier to make money over here as compared to other sectors.

better to keep within limit and have risk management.

still the golden rule, diversification. this way, you can be sure you are still "well protected" should the bubble burst.. even better, get out before the bubble burst...

  • I think the entire space industry is set to take off. Lunar, Virgin Galactic and Rocket lab will lead the public companies. It also won’t be a bubble, it will just grow as we venture further and more often.

AI Bubble? Artificial Intelligence (AI) Stock Bubble could be forming now. Share price of Arm Holdings (ARM -3.60%) has jumped drastically. Share price of Super Micro Computer (SMCI) a maker of servers and storage equipment that work well for running AI models, is up 169% year to date, and shares of Nvidia (NVDA), the flagship for the generative AI revolution, are up 46% this year after more than tripling last year. Such mateoric rise show there is a lot of hype with the stocks. So what if the bubble burst? Stock volatility is an opportunity to make money. These are rock solid stocks that can support their share prices’ rise. Nvidia, for example, reported that revenue more than tripled in its third-quarter earnings report, and profits jumped by 12 times. In fact the stock's price-to-earnings valuation has come down over the last year as earnings growth has outpaced the stock price's growth.
Wall Street has mostly underestimated the growth of AI hardware stocks thus far.

If the AI bubble pops, i will try my hand on gold. Every bank advisors have been talking about gold ever since i started my investment journey. Diversification is the keyword! Maybe i will venture into gold after i have achieved my 2024 KPI. 🤭

    人工智能的炒作似乎是無情的,支撐着整體市場和相關行業的崛起。

    投資者不禁擔心人工智能泡沫會像2000年的網絡泡沫一樣破裂。

Quantum computing technology is on the verge of a massive leap forward and virtually every major corporation will be forced to integrate it into their cyber security or be left open to brute force cyber attacks facilitated by newer more powerful quantum computers.

if the AI bubble pops , my choice to invest in either gold or the healthcare sector. This 2 combo is relatively safer and better for long-term investment.

Amazon, Google, eBay, Bookings, ARM, ASML et cetera all survived the dot-com, even if it sometimes took a decade to recover.
