On June 13, $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ shareholders will vote on whether to grant stock options to Musk.
The controversy over Musk’s sky-high pay package has been ongoing.
In 2023, Musk's compensation was $0, as he doesn't draw a salary from Tesla and is compensated via stock options.
As per Tesla's 2018 package, Musk will receive options for 304 million shares, valued about $50 billion now.
