[Events] 5 Big IPOs Are Coming — Which One Are You Most Excited About?

This fall, five well-known companies are going public in the U.S. stock market. They come from different industries — fintech, crypto, coffee, blockchain, and green infrastructure. Each one has its own story. Which one do you believe has the best future?

💡 Meet the 5 IPO candidates:

$Klarna Group plc(KLAR)$ A leading “Buy Now, Pay Later” company from Sweden. Klarna is aiming to raise $1.27 billion at a $14 billion valuation. It was once valued at $45.6 billion in 2021.

$Gemini Space Station, Inc.(GEMI)$ A crypto exchange founded by the Winklevoss twins. The company plans to raise $317 million with a $2.2 billion valuation. Revenue is down and losses are growing.

$Black Rock Coffee Bar, Inc.(BRCB)$ A fast-growing coffee chain popular with young consumers in the U.S. It’s planning to raise $265 million at an $861 million valuation.

$Figure Technology Solutions (FT Intermediate)(FIGR)$ A blockchain-based lending company. Figure made $191 million in revenue in the first half of 2025 and turned profitable. It’s targeting a $4.1 billion valuation.

$Legence Corp.(LGN)$ A company focused on building maintenance and green infrastructure. It made $2.2 billion in revenue last year but is still losing money. It has a $2.8 billion backlog of contracts.

My top pick is $Figure Technology Solutions (FT Intermediate)(FIGR)$ because it’s more than just another fintech—it’s a blockchain-based lending platform that’s already profitable. With $191 million in revenue in the first half of 2025, it’s showing strong traction that many other IPO candidates still lack. The fact that it has already reached profitability makes it stand out even more in this group.

I also like that Figure is targeting lending, a massive market where blockchain can drive real efficiency, transparency, and lower costs. Compared to others facing losses or slowing growth, Figure has both momentum and a clear path forward, which gives me confidence in its potential to scale.

While every IPO carries risks, Figure strikes the best balance of innovation and financial discipline. If execution stays on track, I believe it could grow well beyond its $4.1 billion valuation, making it the most exciting IPO to watch this fall.
