      I first came across Taylor’s song “Style” in 2014 when a friend sent me a video. I didnt play attention to it. Next is “Shake It Off” in 2019. A popular song for Zumba. She is so popular as she has that human touch towards her fans. So friendly until her bodyguard has to step in to protect her.       This Taylor Swift concert sponsored by our government will sure boost the Singapore economy. I heard from friends mentioned that the hotel stay in Geylang also raised price from $100plus to $500 per night. Moreover all hotels seem to be fully booked even $1k per night one. I went to eat Blanco Court prawn noodles in Beach Road on last Sunday. It is so long queue and so many tourists are there. They are all Swifties as I can see wristbands on their hand. I walk past Ya Kun Kaya Toast shop, it was also very queue with tourists. That why this concert had invited so many tourists to Singapore and boost up tourism too.       Yesterday I went for the Swifties event organised by Jewel. I not a fan of hers but just accompanying my friend there.  I was impressed by how the fans dressed up for the event. Even little girls, maybe age of 5-7 y o, came dressed up like Taylor Swift - in their boots. They even remember every moves of her songs[Salute]  🫡. Not 1 song but all the songs done by the band.  I really enjoyed the 2hours event even though they didn't manage to get Taylor Swift to grace the event. Jewel's intention was to get Taylor Swift to see the new forest. #SeeTheNewForest. As her last visit was in 2013. Hope I didn't get the date wrong.       This Taylor Swift concert sponsored by our government will sure boost the Singapore economy. I heard from friends mentioned that the hotel stay in Geylang also raised price from $100plus to $500 per night. Moreover all hotels seem to be fully booked even $1k per night one. I went to eat Blanco Court prawn noodles in Beach Road on last Sunday. It is so long queue and so many tourists are there. They are all Swifties as I can see wristbands on their hand. I walk past Ya Kun Kaya Toast shop, it was also very queue with tourists. That why this concert had invited so many tourists to Singapore and boost up tourism too.       I like to sing Taylor Swift's Love Story at karaoke because it's a timeless classic with a story that everyone can relate to. plus, it's a feel-good song that gets everyone singing along Taylor swift's image started off as America's sweetheart. as with all things American, she went through public scrutiny for her relationship choices & Kanye west drama. she took control of the narrative & allowed her music to speak for itself she's not my favourite, but she's somewhere at the top because even my baby dances when her music is played

If the government is shelling out so much for the concert, they're clearly betting on her star power to pull in some major tourist dollars. I think it’s definitely working since her tickets are in high demand right now and everyone is waiting to snag a ticket. Definitely going for her concert if I’m being given free tickets though. Her concert looks epic and it would be a good opportunity to find out whether the cash laid out by the government is really worth it. 😎 💰

      It definitely will. Even small business that are selling beads are profitting from it as fans are crazy in making friendship bracelets to be exchanged at the concert. In addition, manicure services will also profit from it too as the fans will be crazy to paint their nails as according to her album colour. Pink for lover, Red for red, gold for fearless, black for reputation, beige for evermore, purple for speak now, dark blue for midnights, grey for folklore, teal for 1989 and bluish-green shade for Taylor Swift. Hotels will benefit from it too as the fans need a place to sleep. Since they can afford the expensive ticket, i dont think they will cut cost by staying in budget hotel or hostel. Today MBS announced that MBS from 28Feb to 13Mar will have Eras tour light and water show. Ticket
