All cars sales are falling across the board whether they are EV, hybrid or otherwise! This proves to be challenging even for TSLA at the level they re in right now to emerge stronger than the rest since it is already experiencing dwindling sales. And the Fed may not cut interest rate too soon, but wait out till inflation rate stabilises! April records dropping sales -2% in China, so definitely it will be a while before improvements can be seen. So what will happen during this period before the next Fed meeting in June?

EVs are back! 🥂🍾🍷- Technical Analysis

A long awaited happy week for EV investors last week. Generally, most of the EV companies had positive gain on their share prices over the week. The biggest winner belongs to Tesla.  TESLA  Last week, Elon Musk's quick visit to China was rewarded immediately. Tesla received in-principle approval from Chinese government to deploy its driver-assistance system (FSD) in the world's biggest auto market. Tesla will partner with tech giant Baidu on maps and navigation, to assist its FSD development in China. This agreement might be a potential revenue boost for Tesla. Besides, more and more automakers signed up to access Tesla's electric-vehicle charging infrastructure across the United States, taking the Elon Musk-led company's superchargers closer to becoming the industry standard.&nb

$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ $T-REX TESLA(TSLT)$  Heading into the upcoming weekend, the potential for upward market movement surpasses the likelihood of a downturn. I have adopted a bullish stance in anticipation of Friday's market closure. Should the market trend upward, the subsequent significant price target would be about $238. Conversely, in the event of an unfavorable outcome, the downside risk is around $163.90 In assessing the market dynamics, my focal point lies in the possibility of achieving a new high above $184.69. Such an occurrence would propel us toward the $237.98 mark. Conversely, if $184.69 acts as formidable resistance, we may experience a downturn to $161.75. As we approach the weekend'

      Tesla - going for $200?

What a difference one week could make! I posted an article about Tesla on 23/4 prior to the result announcement.  I mentioned that it was hovering near 143 with no support thereafter. I also mentioned I expect to see the price goes all the way to around 101 to test the next support.  However, I also mentioned that I expect rebound to take place given its oversold position. Rebound it did with Elon Musk's flip out session! It continues to roar pre-market today towards $200! From the chart's perspective, on its way up, it managed to move above 50 days MA. This is a good initial sign, as the quick rebound has probably surprised quite a number of shorts, forcing some to unwind their positions.  However, due to the quick run-up, it has also left a gap between 146 and 158. Tesla: Margins and Market Share Down, Autonomous FSD Years Away

Tesla’s ($Tesla Motors(TSLA)$) Q1 earnings release came with few surprises, given that sales of the company’s products were already flagged as having been in decline. Relative to the same period in the previous year, Tesla’s revenue fell 9% with automotive revenue in particular down 13%. Pass-through line items were far more affected. While operating expenses and capital expenditures rose 37% and 34% respectively, adjusted EBITDA dropped 21% while earnings per share dropped 55%. The company’s damaging price war with other EV makers has been particularly damaging, as evidenced by its gross margin falling 18%. Given that EVs are no longer niche and Tesla’s current catalogue is facing stiff competition and “brand fatigue”, the doldrums seen are both

      Why is Tesla Going Lower

$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$, once the undisputed king of electric vehicles (EVs), is facing a perfect storm of challenges that have sent its stock price plummeting over 40% year-to-date. $BYD COMPANY(01211)$, a Chinese automaker with a strong foothold in the domestic market, briefly dethroned Tesla as the world's top seller of electric cars earlier this year. This symbolic victory underscores the growing competition Tesla faces in China, the world's largest and most rapidly growing auto market. Unlike Tesla, BYD offers a more affordable brand, appealing to a broader segment of Chinese consumers who are increasingly environmentally conscious but remain price-sensitive. Tesla's premium

Last week continued to be a suffering and bad week for EV stocks. The EV giant, Tesla fell for a 6th straight session last night, breaching a significant psychological threshold. The stock settled at its lowest level since January 2023 amid intensifying worries over fundamentals. I believe more and more investors start to quit their position in EV or ignore their current holdings as the trend reversal won't be so soon. However, I still would like to continuously follow up the EV trend on a weekly basis, technically. Let's start with the leader Tesla. Last night, Tesla shares fell to its lowest in more than a year after several investment banks raised concerns over the electric automaker's increasing focus on its autonomous vehicle products when profit is under pressure. Many Elon Musk's worshippers have defended Elon Musk and perceived anti-Elon Musk as not seeing his brilliance as what he is.
