      VFS: What's Going On?

Aw, $VinFast Auto(VFS)$ Thinks It's A Real Car Company Look honey, it's setting five-figure sales goals! Get the camera! VinFast, a company that makes bad cars and then apparently sells them back to itself, has big plans. The automaker is eyeing scale and expansion, with plans for new factories in Europe and North America, and it wants the sales to match: 50,000 EVs sold in 2023 alone. The only problem for VinFast is that this goal doesn’t seem to be possible.Vuong has emphasized that VF's primary goals are driven by a sense of patriotism rather than pure profitability. If he continues to rely solely on patriotism as a selling point for Vinfast's expansion into global sales networks, it might be a wrong move. In essence, his management team's focus

      VFS: What's Going on Next?

$VinFast Auto(VFS)$ I read somewhere that the owner is required to hold on to 99% of the shares for 180 days if they do IPO thru SPAC. By that time 2 quarterly financials would be reported and the public would know more about the company. Maybe these restrictions are in place to protect the investment community (except the really greedy players disregarding the timing risks anyway). If true, VinFast tried to pull a fast one on Nasdaq but will fail miserably and will be so "naked" it would be a shame for the communist company. What’s more, I saw an article in CNBC: VinFast faces hurdles of regulation, and fierce competition from other EVs in Europe; consequently, VFS closed office in Germany, and some other places in Europe.VFS quarterly rev growth r

Unusual Options talks? Why GOOGL on the list?

After the financial reports of major tech companies, we are now more than halfway through this earnings season. The most robust momentum of the tech companies this year has more or less subsided, and the upcoming focus will be on how various players maintain their profits achieved this year. Looking at the market trends, Monday still retained a relatively optimistic outlook, yet the overall fluctuations weren't as significant as the previous week. Perhaps we'll have to wait until after the release of non-farm payrolls and employment data for the next strategic move.As for unusual options activities, a substantial number of open orders are leaning toward being in-the-money, signaling a reduced level of market speculation. $VinFast Auto(VFS)$ The soaring share price of Vietnamese electric-vehicle manufacturer VinFast has triggered a wave of excitement, but a closer look reveals an overvaluation that is difficult to justify in the context of the broader automotive industry. While VinFast's recent stock surge has been reminiscent of the share price craze witnessed in GameStop and AMC, caution is advised rather than succumbing to the allure of short-term gains. One of the most glaring concerns is how a relatively young player in the automotive sector is being valued more highly than established giants such as Mercedes, Volkswagen, Ford, and General Motors. These industry stalwarts have an extensive history and global manufacturing presence that dwarf VinFast's rela
