Do You Know of Any 'Easy Money' or 'Quick Buck' Opportunities in the Stock Market?
Welcome to Thursday Special!
In the stock market, there are certain investment strategies and tactics that are jokingly referred to as 'easy money' or 'making a quick buck' because they appear to be relatively straightforward and offer a high level of certainty when it comes to making money. 💸💸💸
For instance, since the recent escalation of the Israel-Palestine conflict, assets like gold and defense stocks like $Raytheon Technologies Corporation(RTX)$ and $Lockheed Martin(LMT)$ have seen significant surges in the worst October.📈
For value investors, it involves seeking undervalued stocks, believing their true worth is higher than their current market price, and then purchasing them, patiently waiting for the market to recognize their value. 💎
For option traders, it might mean 'fleecing the clock' by engaging in activities like 'selling puts' and 'selling covered calls.' 🕓

It exists in fools who believe in the next rumor, hot tip and speculation. The result can be euphoric initially, however always leads to depression, and fear and loss of an income.
The other form of “easy money” is easy in theory but not so sexy. It entails either doing DCA into the S&P500 index over a very long period like 10 years. The other alternative that is easy is to identify a true blue value stock, invest and sit on your butt. [LOL]
Easy to say but not so easy to execute when greed or jealousy comes into play.
Invest wisely fellow Tigers! [Grin]
Quick money! This word makes me recall of memes stock. Imagine how those people make profit or losses from MEME stocks during covid pandemic year?
Well, the so-called “meme stocks” that rose to prominence over the past few years, such as GameStop and AMC Entertainment, provided fantastical gains for some shareholders — and equally devastating losses for others. GameStop, for example, jumped 400% in a single week in January 2021, while AMC Entertainment posted an unfathomable 1,183% gain for the full year. Since then, both stocks have continued experiencing steep declines and sudden surges.
Investing in these types of companies isn’t a solid long-term financial plan, and you certainly shouldn’t devote any significant portion of your portfolio to them. However, if you’re looking for stocks that can make huge moves in a relatively short period of time, these are areas you could investigate. As the market is recovering this week, I believe some meme stocks will rally pretty soon too, such as $AMC Entertainment(AMC)$ $C3.ai, Inc.(AI)$ $Grab Holdings(GRAB)$ $Sea Ltd(SE)$ Bullish. Other than meme, we do have some famous blue chips stocks like $Apple(AAPL)$ Bearish, but the company just released its earnings, which is not very favourable and might cause the share price to tumble in near term.
Will you risk your position and bet on meme stocks?

If you are so lucky, the $$$ that you gain won't last you long. Human being having the tenancy of spending it all out since its so easy to gain it back [Happy]
Investing is always about finding the right business that have the niche to out perform the herd of others, patient is the key,
temperament is vital and
most of all don't have the "herd mentality".
Above all macro economic will always put those skills into test.
And after all that, then you maybe rewarded handsomely.
對期權交易員來說,這可能意味着通過“賣出看跌期權”和“賣出備兌看漲期權”等活動來“榨取時間”。🕓
There is always a risk to reward ratio that you have to consider before deploying your money into the stock market.
In the context of haviing the opportunity of an upside of 1000% increase, the risk would also be equivalent and even the possibility of 100% downside and losing your capital.
It is impossible for the risk to only be 1%.
Risk to reward ratio is always proportional. The greater the expected return, the greater the risk.
Probably only happen in dreams there would be such a thing as 1000% upside like a penny stock but as safe as a blue chip stock.
Similarly, in the opposite way.
The lower the returns, it is generally safe to assume that there are lower risks.
E.g Singapore T-bills with a 4% return and has capital guaranteed.
Ultimately, do your own due diligence and take into consideration your investment time horizon 😊
