🌟🌟🌟I like $Lam Research(LRCX)$ as it is the picks and shovels in the semiconductor industry. Lam Research is an American supplier of wafer fabrication equipment and related services to the semiconductor industry. Its products are used primarily in front end wafer processing which are involved in the steps that create the active components of semiconductor devices and their wiring.
Lam Research's share price is up 4.6% today and 77% year todate. The current dividend yield is 1.09%.
Lam Research ticks all the core fundamentals of a quality stock. It is profitable, has an excellent balance sheet and a great management team. That's the kind of stock that I like to buy and hold for the long term.

My top choice will be $NXP Semiconductors NV(NXPI)$ !
NXP Semiconductors places significant emphasis on the automotive sector, particularly in ADAS and EV technologies.
The company's growth slowdown in 2023 is not primarily due to external factors such as China demand slowdown, inflation, or supply chain constraints.
NXP's revenue decline is mainly attributed to its exposure to the MCU market, where it is losing competitiveness and market share.
Overall, we believe that the company revenue slowdown in 2023 is mainly contributed by its exposure to MCUs which is its largest product group which we calculate represents 33.8% of its total revenues. This is as the MCU market is forecasted to contract in 2023 by 3.8% following a surge in the prior year of 25% which boosted NXP growth in 2022. Furthermore, we believe NXP disadvantages in terms of MCU product performance and breadth also contributed to its market share losses which we believe could continue to be a disadvantage to the company.
