Tesla released Q2 delivery data and jumped 5% pre-market, reaching $220.

The company produced approximately 411,000 vehicles and delivered around 444,000 vehicles, exceeding analysts' expectations of 436,000 vehicles.

In addition to the Q2 delivery numbers exceeding expectations, Tesla has several upcoming events.

At the World AI Conference from July 4th to 6th, Tesla will showcase the Cybertruck, the Optimus humanoid robot, and the latest advancements in FSD (Full Self-Driving).

Tesla's Optimus humanoid robot is now capable of performing tasks in the factory, and by 2025, it is expected that more than 1,000 Optimus robots will be working in Tesla factories.

Earnings coming this month!

On July 23th, Tesla will release its earnings report, which will provide important information about the company's profitability and financial health.

Tesla plans to launch its autonomous vehicle, the robotaxi, in early August.

This shows Tesla investors’s strong support as its deliveries actually fall 5% in the second straight decline. There is plenty of optimism about Tesla’s performance at the AI conference. Tesla’s share price is definitely set for big upside in the months coming. As Tesla share breaks through $228, adjusted target price is $250.

    Tesla is back?! Good breakout of the share price, firstly stand back to the EMA200 trendline and secondly breakout from its long-term downtrend line.

    With the FSD, low cost model and Optimus, I believe this rebound is just the beginning for Tesla after being undervalued and having its share price pullbacked for almost 2 years. Time for trend reversal Tesla. Go Tesla Go Elon!

    My next target for Tesla is at least 300 USD! Anyway, the incoming earnings will be one of the game deciders.

    In the short term, it could reach $260 or so very quickly, and there may be some profit taking. There may also be a sell-the-news events in July and August, but if this happens, I am sure long-term players will step up and treat it as a buying opportunity. Looking towards the year end, 2024 may well be the year when the downtrend from 2021 will finally break to the upside.

    Robo taxi is an attractive development. But it is not the only company developing autonomous vehicle. In the short term at least, will have no problem hitting $300 until the competitors catch up and do better like how the other companies have caught up with its EVs with better models and cheaper prices.
