🌟🌟🌟TLT $iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF(TLT)$ tracks a market weighted index of debt issued by the US Treasury with remaining maturities of 20 years or more. With expectations of Feds cutting interest rate, TLT should rise as it has an inverse relationship to interest rates.
However if inflation is expected to go up, then the Feds may not be in such a hurry to cut interest rate, thus TLT may fall and its yield goes up. The longer the duration of the bonds, the more interest rate sensitive it is.
The current dividend yield of TLT is 3.9% which is great for income seeking investors.
