The latest quarterly figures are expected to preface a lackluster year for bank profits despite the lift anticipated from higher interest rates. According to projections compiled by S&P Global Market Intelligence, U.S. bank earnings will fall by more than 8% in 2022 from last year, namely as the financial boost from releasing reserves that padded profits in 2021 winds down.

I guess $JPMorgan Chase(JPM)$ Is the biggest winner as @Tiger_Earnings has already given us the very obvious hints - JP Morgan revenue estimate of $30.6B which is the highest amongst the 5 US Banks in Focus.

$JPMorgan Chase(JPM)$ is my pick among the US banks. Base on past 12 years record, they are rather consistent in their revenue growth, plus positive net income. Besides, cash exceed debt and

A fight between JP Morgan and Wells Fargo. If last quarter's momentum can be extendedwith continued lendings by Wells Fargo thenit would be the biggest winner.

Ultimately, depends on which bank is able tosecure more loans and mortgages. JP Morgan is the largest bank and should theoretically have the capacity to secure loans but Wells Fargo isn't small too...

I pick Citibank as I find this bank is doing very well in this year. It had recently sold off most of the branches in Asia countries to Uob.  It should have big planning for this year.

I am most optimistic about $Wells Fargo(WFC)$  as its 4th quarter earnings did very well last year. Its profits were USD5.75 Billion or 1.38 per share well ahead of USD4.5 Billion or 1.11 per share forecasted by the analysts.

Moreover Wells Fargo's share price gained 59% last year.  It is certainly well positioned to gain in the impending interest rate rises and higher loan demand due to a hot US property market.   According to the financial analysts it is a BUY with target price of  USD53. 95.

Let's hope my prediction comes true. 🙏🙏🙏

I guess is $JPMorgan Chase(JPM)$. JPM has outperform GS slightly over the last five years in term of stock price. And based on market cap wise, JPM is over 3.5 times the size of GS.

Dividend yield is also higher for JPM at 2.2% compared to GS 1.4%. Overall JPM is the dominant one.

JpMorgan being the largest united States bank doesn't just have its outreach in united States but in other parts of the world as well. I believe that JpMorgan has the largest customer base out of 5.
