Elon Musk on Thursday said he's found a new CEO to take over Twitter, months after he first promised to step back from the role.

Excited to announce that I’ve hired a new CEO for X/Twitter. She will be starting in ~6 weeks! My role will transition to being exec chair & CTO, overseeing product, software & sysops.

As Elon doesn’t give the name of the new CEO and only mentioned new CEO is female, netizens begin to imagine and pick Twitter’s CEO in their views.

Elon Musk is in talks to hire Linda Yaccarino, NBCUniversal’s head of advertising, as Twitter’s new chief executive, according to two people familiar with the matter.

2. Linda! She has a wealth of experience and she is well trusted by Elon which might prevent him from interring too excessively with the business. Twitter needs an overhaul and she is well poised to handle it now.

Thanks @Tiger_comments Linda Yaccarino should be most qualified to be new CEO of Twitter. Elon Musk needs a new CEO to focus on the daily“business operations” so that he can ficus on product design and new technology. Sounds like he will be cooking up storms ahead for Twitter and Linda will has her hands very full. I wonder how much Elon promised her that made her left behind her post of Chairman of global advertising and partnership at Comcast Corp’s CMCSA NBC Universal. Twitter is now all losses and not making any profit presently. Elona is very new to me. Is she a secret daughter of Elon Musk? Shiba Inu is too much hair and is a bit boring. Cathie Wood would close down Twitter to make Elon Musk concentrate on Tesla!

Linda Yaccarino will be the most qualified among the potential candidates with her wealth of experience and track record in reaching out to the general public and mass audience. Hopefully, this will help Elon Musk return his attention to Tesla, which is in need of his undivided leadership to steer it through the challenging macro headwinds and rising competition!
