Elon Musk is known for his ability to quickly adapt and adjust his plans according to changing circumstances. He is not afraid of taking risks, and he is willing to make decisions that are in the best interest of the company, even if it means going against conventional wisdom or popular opinion. Musk’s positive attitude is infectious, and it is one of the cornerstones of his leadership style. He believes in creating a culture of optimism and possibility where everyone can dream big and strive for greatness. The Elon Musk phenomenon is truly inspiring. Wow all the top CEO pay package rocks! But I agree that there are reasons for them to be entitled for such a lucrative salary package. Their capabilities and effectiveness cannot be denied. One of the world highest paid CEO will be Elon Musk, until people starts to question his superb compensation package and until investors need to vote for or against it. Anyway, I do think Elon efforts in Tesla should be rewarded and it's pretty fair. @TigerStars @Tiger_comments @Tiger_SG @MillionaireTiger @CaptainTiger

The CEOs should not be over pay or under pay. It should be based on how much they contributed to the success of the company in terms of leadership, vision and strategic development.  We should not forget the lowly workers who are the one who carry out  your strategic plan. Therefore they form  an important cog in the wheel of the organisation.

[Happy][Happy] CEOs of big listed companies always received big bonus in the form of options. The argument for paying a CEO with stock options is that it incentivizes the CEO to increase value for shareholders. If the CEO drives up the underlying stock price, the options award will be worth more. The problem is that a CEO may take excessive risks to drive up the share price like TSLA’s case. Elon Musk has been receiving stock options as his apy package and he knows how to profit from it.
