$ASML Holding NV(ASML)$ Sold a cash secured Put for the European listed shares.It was for a May 17th expiry at a €770 strike and was sold whilst ASML was trading at €848.60.I took in a premium of €7.70 for the trade and paid €1.10 commission - leaving me a cost-basis, if assigned, of €762.31 - or 10.6% below the closing price on the european market today.If unassigned, it's a 1% return on capital at risk in 30 days - or 12% annualized (in addition to the 3.4% earned on the euros on account to purchase the shares if assigned).Over 15% annualized if unassigned or an opportunity to purchase at 10.6% lower prices than present - I'll take either option happily.

$S&P 500(.SPX)$ thoughts: A wonderful 2% decline throughout the week so far, and now nearly 5% off the all time highs. The correction criteria have worked well in signalling risk in advance. I am pleased with this analysis. As we head into the weekend the index sits at a psychological 5000 level of support. While it is not necessary, the best corrections include a stage where most participants are convinced it has concluded. Hello everyone! Today I want to share some option stratgies with you! 1.People have messaged us asking why we are not doing a lot of optionselling earnings trades this week. We appreciate ya'll thinking of us. Answer: Purposely avoiding adding more trades to our basket. We are trying to reduce our current positions and have had to roll a few positions already. I opened $SPDR Portfolio S&P 500 ETF(SPLG)$ ,SPDR: bought in another batch of SPDR using Tiger’s AIP investment. My setting was every Wed at the end of day. The market had come down a bit during the past few trading sessions so my overall average gain from this DCA is currently about 0.8% in the money. Any further drop will means the same amount of weekly allocation will allow me to buy more units and average down.

I closed $NKE 20240426 90.0 PUT$ ,NKE: closed this cash secured out about 9 days ahead of expiry after securing 82% of maximum premium. Overall premium collection is 0.65% over 23 days. NKE had touched my strike price at $90 and bounced off those levels to above $95 today. The support at $90 held up and allow this trade to be profitable.

I opened $TSLA 20240503 135.0 PUT$ ,TSLA: Sold covered call on TSLA with strike at $135 and expiring in 3rd May which is 15 days away. Premium collection will be 2% during this period. The stock had been coming down for a long way and at oversold regions. It is also down today over analyst downgrade so took the opportunity on the bearish outlook to sell this put. The stock is currently reaching support level based on previous low in Apr 2023, oversold RSI with positive divergence and potential gap fill support down to $145. Selling this put at $135 which is 10% lower should provide ample buffer for movement. Risk is earning on 23rd Apr so let’s see which way this stock goes.

This also helps to avoid wild swing on the last day of contract and it’s prudent to secure the product and take risk of the table. Was predicting that NVDA will stay range bound between $800 and $900 last week and this week and so far that’s been true. The stock is showing some signs of weakness along with the general market sentiments.
