My Watchlist [108]: SNOW... The Possibilities.
Hi everyone. Today I’ll be looking at a software company that Cathie Wood divested: Snowflake Inc. (NYSE: SNOW) On the daily chart, we can see that SNOW has been in a downtrend since IPO, with lower highs and lower lows forming. That being said, SNOW is trading in what appears to be a short-term expansion pattern from lows at 110.27, with higher highs and higher lows being put in. It is currently back at the 3-year support trendline while retesting a prior strong support level at 135.26. The daily chart is in the midst of forming a potential bullish divergence, which suggests an imminent reversal to the upside. I opened 2 lot(s) $PLTR 20240621 19.0 PUT$ ,Palantir has yet again rejected by the 50 EMA failing to go pass $22 to stay above it. While the price action seems to have found its temporary support above $20 which also forming a very very slight higher lows. The price range is bounded by the 50 and 150 EMA, ranging only within a dollar of difference. It sure looks like it gonna breakout soon, while it looks to have a higher chance of breaking upwards, thus selling this Put option, though it’s really hard to tell at this juncture.

SPX - Weak Bounce Action
The morning decline was erased as the price recovered the $5260 level. However, the bounce action itself is weak.While recovering this level is positive, the price formation suggests $S&P 500(.SPX)$ might not be out of the woods yet. Similar hanging man patterns (marked by black arrows) preceded prior declines.Interestingly, Friday's bounce occurred at the 38.2% Fibonacci retracement level relative to the April 19th low.
