GPT-4 is Coming! Will AI Stocks Take Another Rally?
OpenAI has released a powerful new image- and text-understanding AI model, GPT-4. The company calls “the latest milestone in its effort in scaling up deep learning.”
What is the difference between GPT-4 and ChatGPT?
I. Support images processing - "I" can understand meme
ChatGPT can only process text, but GPT-4 is beginning to accept images as input. In an example provided by OpenAI, GPT-4 accurately answered why several internet memes were funny.

GPT-4 can analyze both text and images at the same time, which also allows it to interpret more complex information. However, the permission to input images is not yet public, so there are currently not many examples to demonstrate GPT-4's image processing capabilities.
II. Stronger learning ability - "I" ranked in the top 10% in exams
According to test results, GPT-4's SAT score increased by 150 points and can now achieve a score of 1410 out of 1600.
It can simulate a lawyer's exam and score in the top 10% of candidates. In comparison, GPT-3.5 scored in the bottom 10%; GPT-4's scores are leading in both the SAT reading and math exams...
III. New identity - Tax calculator, poet, programmar - "I" can do more than you can imagine
The new user interface added a system box on the left where AI roles and overall response principles can be defined.
The dialogue box in the middle can support conversation input and adjust, follow up, or provide feedback on specific content.
The right part is some parameter settings.
Defects of GPT-4 - "I" make stuff up
Despite its powerful capabilities, GPT-4 has similar limitations to early GPT models. Most importantly, it is still not entirely reliable. It still boldly and confidently fabricates facts and makes reasoning errors.
OpenAI emphasizes that it is still recommended to use additional measures such as human review or adding context when using it, and to avoid using it in high-risk situations.

OpenAI upgraded ChatGPT directly after the release of GPT-4. ChatGPT Plus subscribers can get access to GPT-4 with usage caps at chat.openai.com.

GPT-4 is such a let down. [Anger]
The expectation of GPT-4 is that it can be a better CEO that is able to invest in the correct assets at the correct time, not like those banks, such as $Silvergate Capital(SI)$ , $SVB Financial Group(SIVB)$ , $Signature Bank(SBNY)$ that fail the cities! [Anger]
Also, it is expected that GPT-4 be able to come out and execute ideas such as growing more food for the whole world and stop wars. Unfortunately, it was not able to do these. Therefore, GPT-4 had fail expectations and there is no reason for the stock rally of the companies that create or invest in such technologies.

The new one is functionally better, but the original version is always cooler. [Happy]
thus, putting a cold water into their head by pointing out the disadvantage of the AI and it failures might put a little to none help, but yes some people might be helped.
in short, this news will boost the price of tech sector to another price target.
The AI related stocks are going into the over bought region, even if they rally, the upside will be limited.
