🌟🌟🌟I love SG Reits as I get the benefits of being a landlord without the hassle of maintenance, repairs and difficult tenants.
My best performing Reit is $CapLand IntCom T(C38U.SI)$
I have gained 12% so far this year on CICT. CICT is the largest REIT in Singapore with a market capitalisation of SGD 13.5 billion. CICT owns 26 properties worth SGD 24.2 billion with 92% in Singapore and just 4% each in Australia and Germany. It has 96% occupancy rate and a Weighted Average Lease Expiry of 5 years.
The current dividend yield is 4.4%.
I also own $Ascott Trust(HMN.SI)$ which is the largest lodging Trust in Asia Pacific with asset of SGD 8 billion. Its portfolio comprises of 105 properties in 47 cities globally. Ascott Trust pays a great dividend of 5.03% currently.
With the reopening of international borders, I am bullish on CICT and Ascott Trust. I love collecting dividends from them which is great source of passive income while waiting for capital growth.
@Tiger_SG
The group enjoys a natural monopoly and has a long track record of paying out dividends since 2001. The bourse operator offers a comprehensive range of securities such as shares, bonds, and derivatives for its clients to buy and sell and hedge their investment portfolios. SGX has several catalysts in place to help it grow its securities trading volume.
🌟🌟🌟I have been a long term investor of $SINGAPORE EXCHANGE LIMITED(S68.SI)$
and believe that 2023 will be a great year for SGX. It has just reported its 1H FY 2023 earnings yesterday. SGX revenue is up 10% to SGD 571 million, EBITDA is up 9% to SGD 334 million and Net Profit is up a massive 30% to SGD 285 million.
SGX has a wide moat being the only stock exchange in Singapore. Its business is resilient and it ticks all the core fundamentals of a quality stock. It is profitable, has a solid balance sheet and an excellent management team.
What I like best about SGX is the regular and steady dividends it has been paying every year while I wait for capital growth.

Thanks to @MHh for sharing.

Firstly, it has a well-diversified portfolio of properties across various regions, i.e. Singapore, Australia, Europe, and US. The portfolio comprises business and science parks, industrial & data centres, factories, logistics etc.
Revenue has shown steady uptrend over the last 5 years with good occupancy rate (at least 93%) and therefore attractive dividend yield. Let’s also not forget its strong balance sheet and strong sponsor (Capitaland). Having a strong sponsor will be important in securing potentially lower interest rates to weather the high interest rate environment.
Recently I bought $CapLand China T(AU8U.SI)$, which prices have risen.
I intend to hold them for long term and will acquire more should their prices dip due to extreme macroeconomic adversity.
