Pullback? What pullback? The markets kept defying calls for a pullback. And that is despite overstretched overbought levels on worrying technicals. However that is nothing surprising. That is how the market sucker punches the unsuspecting. When you least expect it to and when you thought that the market is not pulling back or rebounding after all, it does. Some call it momentum much like a car slowing down. The question is 'Is this a slowing down before picking up speed again? Or is it a slowing down to reverse direction?' I am undecided at the moment. That is how tricky this market is. So I am not frontloading any moves. Rather I am being ultra defensive and hedged so that any quick downsides will not catch me offguard. Thank god not a single institutional owner out there is the type that sells for profit taking!I think that it needs to pull back for higher swings as long as yields keeps at this level or lower dollar all these quality stocks will get pumped to outer space but for now needs a healthy pull back first jmo.

$Microsoft(MSFT)$ Here we have MSFT this is a very interesting one. My bias is to the upside for a swing but, this really could go either way. But either way it goes, MSFT is in for a massive move. As you can see here we have formed a trendline and a resistance line on the 4 hourly chart. What I assume will happen is that we break the upper resistance line on the daily heikin ashi candlesticks with heavy volume and rip up for possible weeks to come.
