As we observe, US market major indexes have been rallied since early of the year mainly boost by AI frenzy. And for the recent 2 weeks, the market seems to begin to pullback especially on the AI related theme stocks. For me, I am more towards technical trade for my entry and exit. For my holdings, I will usually take partial profit if the bullish stocks drop below EMA10 trendline support and will fully lock my profit once the stocks continue to breach below EMA25 support. Well, this strategy works pretty fine for me. We need to understand that we cannot earn every cent from the market, see profit takes profit is good enough. The current market correction (20-30% for some stocks) is attractive for mid term traders who have higher risk tolerance level and looking for higher potential retur

TOPTigerGPT: It seems like you have a well-defined trading strategy based on technical analysis and trendline support levels. Taking partial profits when stocks drop below the EMA10 trendline support and fully locking in profits when stocks breach below the EMA25 support is a disciplined approach. It's important to remember that no strategy can guarantee profits in the market, and it's wise to have a risk management plan in place. Your strategy of taking profits and not trying to capture every cent is a prudent approach. The current market correction may present opportunities for mid-term traders with a higher risk tolerance and a focus on stocks with strong fundamentals. Waiting for the global stock market to recover and buying stocks with strong fundamentals during the rebound could potentially lead to higher potential returns. If your stocks are currently trapped in the market, it may be advisable to wait for a rebound or rally above the support levels before considering selling. This could help minimize losses or even generate some profits. Remember, it's always important to do thorough research and analysis before making any investment decisions. Market conditions can change rapidly, so staying informed and adapting your strategy accordingly is crucial. Please note that the information provided is for reference purposes only and does not constitute investment advice. Investing in the stock market involves risks, and it's important to consult with a financial advisor or professional before making any investment decisions.

Should You Buy the Dip After Nvidia’s Recent Sell-Off? After a noticeable Friday sell-off in Nvidia’s shares, investors are facing the classic dilemma: Is it wise to "buy the dip"?  The term refers to purchasing stocks when their prices have dropped, anticipating a rebound for potential profits. This strategic decision depends on a variety of factors, including the reasons behind the sell-off, the overall market conditions, and the company's long-term prospects. Reasons Behind Nvidia's Sell-Off To evaluate whether buying the dip is a prudent decision, one must first understand why Nvidia's stock fell. Typically, a sell-off can occur due to disappointing earnings reports, regulatory concerns, a broader market downturn, or shifts in technology trends. For Nvidia, any updates on chip dem

Whenever a war erupts, there is a chance that PLTR will trade up and vice versa. As days passed by, no retaliation took place after the world attod against an Israeli strike back and PLTR shares slid down to 21ish and now at 20ish. Interesting topic, for me, in recent years, instead of being rich, I try to be wealthy instead of rich. What are the main differences between them although they sound pretty similar? [Thinking]  [Thinking]  [Thinking]   In general, the rich are those who have a lot of money. They may have inherited their wealth or they may have earned it through their hard work. The wealthy, on the other hand, are those who have a lot of assets. Interesting topic, for me, in recent years, instead of being rich, I try to be wealthy instead of rich. What are the main differences between them ...
TOPTigerGPT: The main differences between being rich and being wealthy can be summarized as follows: Acquisition of wealth: The rich often acquire their wealth through their own efforts, such as through high-paying jobs or successful business ventures. In contrast, the wealthy are often born into money or inherit their wealth from previous generations. Financial habits: The rich tend to spend their money on luxury goods and experiences, focusing on immediate gratification. The wealthy, on the other hand, prioritize saving and investing their money to grow their assets over the long term. Mindset towards money: The wealthy have a positive mindset towards money, viewing it as a tool for creating opportunities and building wealth. The rich may have a negative mindset towards money, associating it with stress or greed. Long-term wealth building: The wealthy focus on building sustainable wealth that can be passed down to future generations. They invest in assets such as real estate, stocks, and bonds to generate passive income. The rich, on the other hand, may focus on making quick profits through speculative investments or risky ventures. Social responsibility: The wealthy often engage in philanthropy and give back to society through charitable donations or initiatives. They recognize their responsibility to contribute to the well-being of others. The rich may be more self-centered and primarily concerned with their own financial success. Lifestyle choices: The wealthy tend to live within their means and prioritize financial security. They may enjoy a comfortable lifestyle but avoid excessive spending. The rich, on the other hand, may indulge in extravagant and lavish lifestyles, often living beyond their means. It's important to note that these are generalizations, and individuals can exhibit characteristics of both being rich and being wealthy to varying degrees. Ultimately, the choice between pursuing wealth or riches depends on personal values, goals, and priorities. Other than stocks, there are several other alternatives to make money. For example, you can invest in property, either for value growth or rental to cover your loan. I also invest in high risk product like crypto but only a small portion of my funds as the risk is over high. Besides, I also keep some gold as investment. Gold is slow is its value growth but the return is interesting as well if you see it in a long horizon. Few years ago, I planned to invest in ROLEX watches as well, but the fund required was quite significant so I didn't continue it. last but not least, I do have some funds on hand, which are managed by investment banks or brokers Well, there're many ways for us to make money, but do study well before you invest. All the best everybody in your "money making" journey. [C

TOPTigerGPT: You mentioned some ways to make money in addition to stocks, including real estate investing, cryptocurrencies, gold, and funds. These are all good options, but it's important to make sure you fully research and understand the associated risks before investing. Here are some brief notes on each investment approach: Real estate investment: Real estate investment can achieve value growth by purchasing property or obtain rental income by renting property. It's a relatively stable way to invest, but needs to take into account the volatility of the real estate market and the cost of managing a property. Cryptocurrency: Cryptocurrency is a high-risk investment product whose value fluctuates greatly. If you have a good understanding of crypto and can take the risk, you can invest a small portion of your money in it. Note, however, that the crypto market is very volatile, and be sure to do adequate research before investing. Gold: Gold is a relatively stable investment vehicle and is often regarded as a safe-haven asset. Gold's value has grown relatively slowly, but it can pay off handsomely in a long-term investment. Gold can be used as part of an investment portfolio to spread risk. ROLEX watch: Investing in ROLEX watch needs to take into account the collection value and market demand of the watch. This is a relatively high investment threshold, which requires in-depth understanding and professional knowledge of the watch market. Funds: Handing over funds to investment banks or brokers for management is a relatively safe and convenient way to invest. Funds can provide a diversified portfolio to meet different risk preferences and investment objectives. In short, no matter which investment method you choose, you need to conduct sufficient research and understanding, and make informed decisions according to your own risk tolerance and investment goals. Investing is always risky, and it is recommended that you consult a professional financial advisor or investment advisor before investing. This shift follows a day after Tesla slashed prices on three of its models—Model Y, Model X, and Model S—by $2,000 each. Earlier this month, the company also reduced the subscription fee for the Full Self-Driving (FSD) package from $199 to $99 per month. These price adjustments are global, affecting markets in China, the US, and Europe. Tesla recently announced a reduction of its global workforce by over 10% this week. $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$  The stock experienced a breakdown from a head and shoulders/double top pattern. Friday's movement suggests a Wave 3 decline, indicating potential for a Wave 4 corrective bounce followed by further selling pressure. The current price stands at $762, with significant levels to watch at $740.88 (lower boundary) and $778.1 (upper boundary). Notably, breaching the $805 mark marked a substantial development. Regrettably, while I'm not purchasing Nvidia directly, I'm maintaining exposure to the company through $GraniteShares 2x Long NVDA Daily ETF(NVDL)$  In Nvidia's game, I may not play, but through its ETF, I'll let it sway.

22 April 2024: Why Tesla fall is not over yet?

Why do I say that Tesla fall is not over yet? Though Elon Musk has been highlighting the storyline concerning robot taxis as the next mobility growth narrative, the market for the time being is not buying this yet. What the market is seeing is the plunging sales number in China and possibly Europe as well as declining purchase in USA as demand in US moves partly to hybrid vehicles. What's more is Chinese EVs are really good. Companies like Xiaomi with their Xiaomi SU7 is drawing large number of buyers. What's more Lei Jun is going to announce the non refundable deposit purchase number of Su7 on 25 April. This will be another highlight which will defeat Tesla. I expect that without concrete demonstration of robot taxis' use case and monetisation value, Tesla's plunge is not going to be
