Some investors are positive about marijuana decriminalization and begin to bottom cannabis stock.
However, some investors are bag holders of cannabis stock such as $Tilray Inc.(TLRY)$. They bought $Tilray Inc.(TLRY)$ at high point of $67 or even $300.

🌟🌟🌟Medicinal Cannabis plays an important role to assist with the management of pain associated with serious medical conditions such as Cancer. Olivia Newton John, Australia's famous singer took medicinal cannabis when her cancer has metastasized and she was in advance stage of her breast cancer.
If marijuana is legalised, then the cannabis industry will flourish. Already $Tilray Inc.(TLRY)$ is up 34% in the past month as well as $AdvisorShares Pure US Cannabis ETF(MSOS)$ which has jumped 50% in just 1 month.
I am not keen to invest in this industry as it is a high risk high reward kind of investment. At this point, it is still too early to tell whether this law will be passed in the US. There is still a lot of controversy surrounding the use of marijuana. So I will not be bottom fishing nor bag holding marijuana stocks. I like to bottom fish quality stocks like $Apple(AAPL)$ $Microsoft(MSFT)$ as these stocks can only go up in the long term.
